Relax? What does that mean?

     Do you know the feeling of being completely stressed out about everything. So much so that when someone says to take time to relax or you get time to relax you do not know what to do?  I sure do. Being in school I have constant deadlines to meet and new assignments being thrown at me every week. The semester is coming to an end with only four weeks left in class which means everything needs to get done and finals are on their way. On top of all of that, stressing out over grades and juggling what needs to be done, I have to start getting everything in order for next semester such as advising, registering for classes, getting all my financial aid worked out, etc.. I am about to explode!
     My advising appointment that was supposed to take only like ten or fifteen minutes took four hours!! It was crazy and completely stressful, but it was also an awesome experience at the same time. It opened a great opportunity for me and my boyfriend both. Darrell went with me to my appointment and not only did my advisor advise me, but him too. Turns out his advisor did not catch a few things and he will be able to graduate sooner than he originally anticipated.
     Also, my advisor introduced us to another teacher who explained to us a class he teaches along with another teacher. It is a English class and history class, two separate classes technically, that work together over the summer and includes a trip to Boston. It is a lot of work, but a great opportunity educationally and personally. He explained to us that he just happened to have two spots open in the class. We talked with him for two hours about it and ended up signing up for the class.
     Through all of this chaos and stress I have been blessed over and over again. So many things that were causing me to be anxious and stressed were settled for me in less than one day. Darrell was also able to get things settled and was also blessed along with me. It blows my mind what God will show you in the times when you think everything is going out of control. He is always in control and always wants what is best for you even when you can not see it yourself and feel hopeless. So if you know Jesus just relax, he's got it.
